You can check-in a ticket or mark a customer’s attendance using laptop through Goers Experience Manager Website through the following steps:
Go to Goers Experience Manager website (gem.goersapp.com)
Search activities name
Click the activity name that appears on search results
Click “Daftar Peserta” tab on the activity
Enter customer’s name on the “search” field
Click “Check In” button
Click “Ya, Tandai Hadir” button on the attendance confirmation page
Participants ticket is successfully validates
