GOERS is available (a) through Goers Website "www.goersapp.com" and Goers Mobile Application where you will be able to discover, book, purchase various activities that suit your interest; (b) through "Goers Experience Manager Website and Goers Experience Manager Mobile Application" where you can create your event, manage your event and sell the event's ticket; (c) offline through our services "Ticket Management system" with RFID, entry ticket management, sponsorship and marketing services; (d) through "Application Programming Interfaces" which build a separate subsystem that has useful functions by other subsystems to access the function; (a), (b),(c) and (d) are collectively referred to as "Our Services".

Our Services is owned by PT Sanraya Adi Nattaya (the "Company", "Our", "We"). We as a vendor will handle your booking transaction and payment transaction for tickets to the Activities (Events, Movies, Tours, Attractions) that we offered on Our Services. The owner of all the offer is a Merchant (e.g Events Promoter, Events Owner, Event Organizer, Venue Operator, etc). And a person who purchases or otherwise registers for tickets Activities through Our Services is a Customer (e.g buyer, visitors, attendee of any activities, etc). So, whether you are using Our Services to purchase Tickets or sell Tickets, this Agreement governs your access as a User to and use of Our Services.

By using 'Our Services' you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. We may update, amend or modify this privacy policy from time to time and, if you have any questions, remarks or requests relating to this privacy policy, please reach out to us by using the contact details below. If you do not agree with the terms of the Privacy Policy, please do not use Our Services.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We may, in our sole discretion, permit you to post, upload, publish, submit or transmit profile information, comments, questions, feedback, images and other content or information. We may collect the following information about you that you provide to us while using Our Services such as:

• your personal information (your name, email address, telephone number and any required data that our merchant needs related to the tickets that you purchased) that you provide by completing forms on Our Services, including if you register as a user of Our Services, subscribe to any service, upload or submit any material, request any information or enter into any competition or promotion we may sponsor;
• in connection with an account sign-in facility, your password and log-in details;
• your organization information. We will collect your name, your role, organization's name, organization's location details as part of the contract to provide Activity (event) registration services to you. Additionally, for payment processing services, we will collect financial information from you;
• additional Personal Data (shirt size, blood type, ID card, height, etc) from you, sometimes for our own purposes and other times on behalf of a Merchant. We may also collect or receive Personal Data from third party sources, such as Merchants, other Customers, social media or other third party integrations, our payment processing partners or other third parties;
• your preferences, which helps us provide you with more tailored offers;
• details of any transactions made by you through Our Services
• communications you send to us, for example, to report a problem or to submit queries, concerns or comments regarding Our Services or its content;
• information from surveys that we may, from time to time, run on Our Services for research purposes, if you choose to respond to them;
• details of your visits to Our Services, the resources you access and any data you download;
• details of your usage of this Website (including traffic data, location data and length of user sessions);
• if you make any purchases, your financial information (like your credit or debit card numbers).

• to facilitate Merchant communications - We allow Merchants to use our email tools to contact Customers for their current and past events, so you may receive emails from our system that originate with such Merchants and that we send on their behalf. If you registered for an event on the Service, your email address is available to that Merchant. However, Merchants may also import the email addresses they have from external sources and send communications through the Service to those email addresses, and we will deliver those communications to those email addresses on the Merchant's behalf. The Merchant is responsible for sending these emails, not Us;
• to provide support. We may use your Personal Data when providing you with customer or technical support;
• customer assistance – in order to streamline your communications with our merchant, we use your personal data, such as your name, your email and telephone number to:
  • Quickly and securely establish your identity and link directly to your order history.
  • Redeeming the tickets you purchase from Our Services.
  • Equip the information of the e-tickets that you purchase from Our Services
  • Facilitate follow-ups via phone, email or WhatsApp. When we believe you may need our assistance i.e. if you want to make a transaction during the final stage of the booking process. We then use your personal data to ask if you require assistance.
  • Get in contact to update you on any exceptional circumstances that are beyond our control by may affect your experience with Our Services;
• share with third parties necessary to process your transactions with us, such as credit card companies, banks and ticket dispatchers;
• exchange information with other companies for fraud protection and credit risk reduction;
• audit the downloading of data from the App;
• improve the layout and/or content of the pages of Our Services and customize them for users;
• marketing purposes – this boils down to semi-personalized communications including newsletters and promotions of what we've offered on Our Services or surveys. This shall only be done with your consent and our direct marketing policy which is explained in full below.;
• share with social networking sites at your request;
• Overall legal compliance – your personal data also plays a key role in helping us identify and prevent fraudulent transactions or other illegal behavior while visiting and/or using Our Services, communicate security messages to our customers and comply with relevant applicable laws and regulations.

Customers shall be solely responsible for any information, data, or content they share through the Interaction Features and must ensure that such content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, violate applicable laws and regulations, or breach Our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to monitor, restrict, remove, or disable access to any content or account that is deemed to violate the terms of use, disrupt the experience of other users, or pose potential legal or security risks.

We will only store your personal data temporarily for the purposes listed above, save for situations where laws or regulations dictate otherwise.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Users, including the Merchants, may post Third Party Content on the Service. We take measures to delete Third Party Content, including that posted by Merchant, that is found to be incorrect, fraudulent, or spam. Users may notify us if they believe Third Party Content should be removed for violating the Terms of Service. However, we cannot monitor all Third Party Content and are under no obligation to remove any Third Party Content. You agree to access Third Party Content, including activities listings, solely at your own risk.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payment details you provide will be encrypted using industry standard 128 bit secure sockets layer (SSL) technology before they are submitted to us or our payment partners over the internet. Payments made on Our Services are made through our payment solutions providers, PT Midtrans (collectively, "PSP"). You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to the PSP which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorizing payment. We do not store your credit card number or security code on our servers. Information which you supply to our PSP is not within our control and is subject to PSP's own privacy policy and terms and conditions.

MARKETING TO YOU

We may send you information we think you may find useful or which you have requested from us by push notification and/or (if you provide us with your e-mail address) by e-mail, including information about the latest or upcoming events featured on Our Services, provided you have indicated that you do not object to being contacted for these purposes and we will always give you the option to opt-out of receiving further emails or push notifications by following the unsubscribe instructions on any communications sent to you.

We also may use newsletters to inform you about recent developments and introduce Our Services, special offers and promotions. You can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link in the newsletter or, alternatively, by contacting us through our contact details stated at the bottom of this privacy policy. When you purchase a ticket from us, you may at that time be offered an opportunity to purchase third party products or services or enter third party promotions or loyalty programmes. If you expressly consent to purchase those products or services or enter into the promotions or programmes you authorize us to share your name, email address and, where necessary and only where you have consented for us to do so, your financial and billing details with that third-party merchant. The use of your personal information will be governed by the terms of that merchant's own terms of supply and privacy policy, so ensure that you read the relevant terms and privacy policy carefully before you agree to purchase from, or participate with that third-party merchant.

YOUR LOCATION DATA

In order to get the most out of our service and to allow us to provide you with tailored offers, we need to process your approximate location from time to time. You will always be asked to give permission before we can access your location from any mobile devices you may be using. The location data may be transferred to our merchants for the purpose of providing you with the best offers at that time to match your preferences. By sharing your location, we can provide you with any interesting activities in your area locations.

You can choose not to allow us to process your approximate location at the time you using or visiting Our Services, or any time after that either by changing the settings on your mobile device or by contacting us using the contact details at the end of this privacy policy. Please note that if you choose not to allow us to process your location data, we will not have enough data in order to provide you with the full benefit of our service (e.g. a list of tailored offers matched to your approximate location).

HOW YOU CAN ACCESS, UPDATE OR DELETE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You can request access to some of your Personal Data being stored by us. You can also ask us to correct, update or delete any inaccurate Personal Data that we process about them.

If you are a registered Merchant, you can exercise these rights by logging in and visiting your profile page under your Account settings. If you are a Customers attending an event and registered to the event through the Service; and if you had also registered to the Self-Service portal for attendees, some of your Personal Data may be available to be editable depending on whether or not the Merchant of the event allows it. If not, you can contact the Merchant of the activity directly to exercise these rights.

If a Customers initiates a data deletion request, we authorised to delete or anonymize Personal Data of the requesting Customers from the Service even if that means removing its availability to the Merchant through the Service. However, if you are a Customer, you understand that even if we delete or anonymize your Personal Data upon your request or pursuant to this Policy, your Personal Data may still be available in the Merchant's own databases if transmitted to the Merchant prior to Us receiving or taking action on any deletion or anonymization activity.
