How to check-in customer’s ticket through My Smartphone?
You can validate attendee’s ticket via Ticket Scanner by Goers Application by following below instructions:
Open Ticket Scanner by Goers Application
Search event by clicking the search button in the top of application, and then fill the event’s name that you want to search.
Click the event’s name that show in the search results
Click tab “Attendees” on the event
Search attendee’s name on the search field and then fill the attendee’s name that you want to search.
Click ‘Check in’ button
Set number of ticket you want to validate
Click ‘Ok’ button
Attendee’s ticket is successfully validated.
