If the event participants shows an e-ticket on Goers application, then you can confirm the presence of the Customer by using a QR Code scanner on Ticket Scanner by Goers on your smartphone.

Find the event by clicking the search button at the top of the application, then fill in the name of the event you want to search
Click the name of the event that appears in the search results list
Click the "Attendees" tab of the event
Click the "SCAN TICKET" button at the bottom of the display
Navigate to the existing barcode on the e-ticket of the event participants
Select the number of tickets you want to validate
Then click 'OK' button
The ticket of the event participants has been successfully validated
