How to use Goers

Payment

Purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in cases where an error has been made regarding the price, location, or time of the event; or if the event is canceled by Our Merchant. Your request for a refund will be processed if you have fill the refund form with valid, accurate and complete data. In case your form is not complete and accurate then you must send the Refund Form again. Once a refund has been requested, and the ticket have been refunded, then your ticket is no longer valid.  

The refund process will take a different amount of time for each Bank.
  1. Refund process through Bank Mandiri take 2-3 working days from the date of the transaction is confirmed by Bank Mandiri and Goers.
  2. Refund process through Bank Permata take 7-14 working days from the date of the transaction is confirmed by Bank Permata and Goers.
  3. Refund process through BCA take 2-3 working days from the date of the transaction is confirmed by BCA and Goers.
