Payment

Purchased via Goers App: 

  • You may check your payment status by clicking the “Booking” menu on Goers App.


Purchased via Goers Website:

  • You may check your payment status by checking your email on “Inbox” folders after purchasing a ticket.

  • If you’re not receiving emails from Goers, please check your email account’s “Spam” or “Junk” folders to ensure the message was not filtered. Also verify that your email address is listed correctly when you order the tickets.
