How to use Goers

Payment

Purchased via Goers App:

  1. Click the Booking menu on Goers App.

  2. If your payment is successful, you will find your e-ticket there.

  3. However, related to the policy of Our Merchant, for some activities you’ll have your valid e-ticket from the 3rd party on your email.


Purchased via Goers Website:

  1. Check your email on “Inbox” folders. You will receive an email containing the e-ticket.

  2. If you’re not receiving emails from Goers, please check your email account’s “Spam” or “Junk” folders to ensure the message was not filtered. Also verify that your email address is listed correctly when you order the tickets.
