The instructor is very knowledgeable and explains the material clearly. She is also friendly, approachable, and creates a welcoming learning environment. I appreciate her expertise and the effort she puts into teaching the class. One challenge, especially in the Zoom setting, is that the class can sometimes feel too crowded. At times, other students speak for extended periods, which reduces the opportunity for us to hear directly from the instructor and stay focused on the main content. Overall, the class is good and valuable. With slightly better time management during discussions, the learning experience would be even more effective.
