Teach for Jakarta - 24 October 2026
A community initiative by Jalin Mimpi and ImagoDei that brings volunteers together to create a safe and encouraging space for children from the under-toll community in Penjaringan to explore and express their potential.
Following our Dreams series, were starting a new chapter with Potential in Bloom! After exploring their dreams, recognizing their strengths, and imagining the impact they could create, children will now discover how their potential can grow.
In this first session, How Does a Tiny Seed Grow into a Tree, children will learn how something little can hold the possibility of becoming something great. Through fun and engaging activities, well explore how growth starts small and takes time, care, and the right conditions to flourish, just like the potential within every child.
What you'll experience:
- Facilitate fun activities that help children explore how living things grow.
- Help children discover how something small can develop into something bigger over time.
- Encourage children to recognize their own potential and the importance of nurturing it.
- Connect with fellow volunteers and be part of a meaningful learning experience for the children.
