Pertama kali ikut silent yoga, dan baik alat maupun instrukturnya menyenangkan sekali! Lokasi agak basah, tapi ya namanya juga musim hujan, jadi sangat maklum. Sering2 yaaah hehe

Coach nya energic seru, cuman kurang kipas angin, terlalu pengap....... dan untuk suara masih blm terbiasa dengan suara coach yang lebih besar daripada lagu combatnya ... tp so far seru abiezzzzzzzz!!!!

Concept wise, cool! Execution wise, not really. Things to improve: - Kalau kelasnya HIIT, please banget sediain kipas yang gede, kemarin ENGAP bgt. Mungkin kalau Yoga ga perlu. - Suara headphone kecil si... - It would be nice to have a t shirt instead of.. some.. cheap... goodiebag...
