This is (Not Only) A Man’s World: Thriving and Overcoming Challenges in Male-Dominated Positions in the Workplace marks the second panel of Universitas Indonesia Women In Business Grand Conference 2021.
This panel features talented figures including Sabrina Anggraini (Co-Founder & Managing Director of Natuno Lab), Devi Maharani (Field Engineer at Baker Hughes), and Patricia Yora (Co-Pilot at Gardua Indonesia).
In this panel, participants will learn from female leaders regarding:
• gender-related obstacles experienced by speakers in their respective fields
• various ways on how to overcome barriers in male-dominated industries or positions at the workplace
• how to excel and thrive as a women in a male-dominated positions or industries in general (including the fields of STEM and aviation)
