saya rasa ini event indonesia customer experience yang tidak memperhatikan customer experiencenya. baik dari sisi harga yang tidak worth-it, kualitas konten maupun makanan yang tidak representatif

Tema acara ini adalah cara meningkatkan customer experience kan? Tapi EO malah gapeduli sama customer experience kita. lihat kualitas makan siang? seberapa panjang antrinya? Lauk diambilin sedikit sedikit, saya gabisa makan pedas, semua lauknya pedas. Gaada snack SAMA SEKALI, pembicara hanya fokus di quantity, hampir sulit dicari qualitynya karena waktu yang sedikit. Dikit dikit ganti dikit dikit ganti, yang dibicaraain ya hanya general, nonton podcast di youtube lebih worth kalo gini. Untuk harga segitu, acara ini kurang banget, minimal ada snack lah. Udah banyak sponsor dan tiketnya mahal, masa gini doang?? Cari profit gede atau memang abis uang sewa venue? Jujur kecewa, ekspektasi jauh diatas, materi bule bule juga terlalu general, terlalu ga applicable. Pasti yang gold atau platinum nyesel banget tuh bayar mahal tapi gaada bedanya sama silver wkwkwk
