Before Reservation

[expand title=”Do I need to sign up for a Goers account before I can book?”]Yes, you’ll need to create an account first. You can sign up using your email, phone number or use a third-party method and login through Google or Apple ID.[/expand]

 

[expand title=”How can I book the BEACH package?”]You can book the package here! Choose your package, complete the payment, soon you’ll receive the confirmation by mail and be greeted by your Beach Buddy![/expand]

 

[expand title=”Can I book on behalf of my family and friends?”]Of course! Just input their data when entering the attendee information and ensure you didn’t miss the details.[/expand]

 

[expand title=”Can we customize the package?”]Of course you can contact Beach Buddy to customize your package in advance. We can also accommodate you who would like to make group bookings for your whole big family or corporate event![/expand]

 

After Reservation

[expand title=”Do I have to use my ticket at a particular time schedule?”]Yes. For F&B, you don’t need to make any reservation in advance, you can use it anytime as long as it doesn’t pass the expiry date.
For experiences, activities and tour programs, you will have to schedule your session and your Beach Buddy will help you arrange the reservation! However, once the reservation is confirmed, you cannot amend the time and date of the confirmed reservation. Please see the “Terms & Conditions” section on the Product Details page for each of the BEACH Packages.[/expand]

 

[expand title=”After I made my booking and completed the payment, when will I receive the confirmation?”]We will send the confirmation to your registered email (if you can’t find it, please do check the spam folder as well!). Afterwards, you will be contacted by your own Beach Buddy through WhatsApp to help you make arrangements on all the experiences ahead![/expand]

 

[expand title=”How will I know if my booking is confirmed?”]Beach Buddy will let you know once your booking is confirmed.[/expand]

Payment and Receipt

[expand title=”Will my payment be secured?”]Of course! Worry not, we are using a third-party payment gateway to process your payment. And even if you choose to save your card information, your card details will be tokenized, encrypted and securely stored within our payment gateways.[/expand]

 

[expand title=”What are the available payment methods?”]We have many options for your payment! You can make your payment through bank transfer via virtual account, credit card, debit card and numerous payment gateways to make your payment![/expand]

 

[expand title=”Can I make the booking and complete the payment at Goers office?”]Unfortunately we do not accept any offline booking and payment at the moment. :([/expand]

 

[expand title=”Where can I find my tickets?”]You can find your tickets in your Goers account by doing these steps:

  1. Login to your Goers account
  2. Click your name in the upper right section then click “Bookings” menu
  3. And voila, all your tickets are there!

Reschedule and Refund

[expand title=”Can I reschedule the traveling date after purchasing the package?”]Sure! You can reschedule it as long as it aligns with the Terms and Condition for your package. If you’re still not sure, just consult Beach Buddy and they will help you with your inquiries! [/expand]

 

[expand title=”How can I cancel the package and get a refund?”]Unfortunately, the bought package cannot be refunded 🙁 Refund only applicable for the cancellation made by the service provider (accommodation, F&B tenant, experience provider or transportation). However, you can give it to your friends or family members (or that special someone but we’re not sure you would want them to go without you) for them to use. Just mind the validity period and let Beach Buddy know about the arrangement![/expand]

 

[expand title=”What should I do if my reservation is cancelled due to poor weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances?”]If the cancellation is made by the service provider (accommodation, F&B tenant, experience provider or transportation), you will get a refund.

[expand title=”What should I do if I am late for my reserved experience/activity?”]Unfortunately, the service provider cannot wait for any latecomers, so please make sure to arrive on time for your reservation. But worry not, because your Beach Buddy will remind you of your schedule![/expand]

 

Package Details

[expand title=”What does the Package include and exclude means?”]By purchasing the package you will get all of the items listed in the package inclusion, while the ones listed in the exclusion will not.[/expand]

 

[expand title=”For Airport Transfer, how can I meet with the driver and be sure that the car is available?”]Your Beach Buddy will inform you about the driver details and meeting point at the airport. And don’t worry, the car is prepared and ready to welcome you on your arrival![/expand]

 

[expand title=”For Tour Experience, how’s the scheduling and the duration?”]It will depend on the experience included in your package. The estimated duration for Halfday Tour is 6 hours while the Full Day Tour will approximately take 12 hours. Don’t worry, your Beach Buddy will update you with the details once your purchase is confirmed![/expand]

 

[expand title=”What should I prepare when I want to check-in into the accommodation?”]Just present the e-ticket and your ID to be validated by the Front Office staff upon check-in. The e-ticket will be sent by Beach Buddy before your departure. And don’t forget to carefully check the inclusion of accommodation on your package beforehand![/expand]

 

[expand title=”For a type of experience like a spa and gym pass, can I just drop by or do I have to make a reservation as well? How do I get there?”]Yes, you will have to make the reservation as well, but don’t worry because it will all be arranged by your Beach Buddy. However these experiences doesn’t include transportation so you will need to commute by yourself or you can also ask Beach Buddy to arrange your transportation with additional fee.[/expand]

 

[expand title=”For an F&B voucher, how do I redeem the voucher?”]The F&B voucher doesn’t require reservation. You can just simply show the e-ticket to the staff.[/expand]

 

[expand title=”How do I know whether my chosen date for the activity is confirmed or not?”]Your Beach Buddy will make the arrangements and inform you on the availability. You can ask Beach Buddy to consult with the schedule and it will be checked directly for you.[/expand]

 

[expand title=”Do I need to print out the e-ticket/voucher?”]Most of the service providers will not require you to print out the e-ticket/voucher. However, some of them might require you to show the print out. But don’t worry because Beach Buddy will inform you![/expand]

 

[expand title=”Where can I find the contact information for the service provider in my package?”]You just need to ask Beach Buddy for everything you need during your trip and it will be prepared for you![/expand]
