Ramayana Ballet Storyline: A Tale of Love, Betrayal, and Courage

The Golden Deer & Shinta’s Kidnapping - The demon Kalamariga transforms into a golden deer to lure Rama away, allowing Rahwana to kidnap Shinta. The noble bird Jatayu fights to rescue her but is fatally wounded. Before dying, he informs Rama of Shinta’s abduction, prompting Hanoman’s mission to find her.

Hanoman’s Secret Mission & Alengka in Flames - In Alengka’s royal garden, Shinta resists Rahwana’s advances while Trijata remains her loyal protector. Hanoman sneaks into the palace, delivers Rama’s ring to Shinta, and causes chaos before being captured. Ordered to be burned alive, Hanoman escapes using the fire and sets Alengka ablaze.

The Great War: Rama vs. Rahwana - Rahwana’s brother Kumbakarna urges peace, but Rahwana refuses. A fierce battle erupts between Alengka and Pancawati, leading to Kumbakarna’s tragic fall. In the final showdown, Rama defeats Rahwana, restoring peace.

The Trial by Fire - Rama doubts Shinta’s purity, forcing her to prove her faithfulness by stepping into fire. The Fire God, Brahma, declares her pure, and Rama finally accepts her as his queen. They return to Pancawati to live in harmony.
