Documentary film now: is there anything called Docufiction: Hybrid language of movies that combine documentary and fictional approaches?

The film Shahid directed by Narges Kalhor provides an experience of seeing a documentary film that uses a combination of documentary and fiction approaches. How was the creative process, the research on the documentary topic and the development of the fictional story, these things will be discussed and shared by Narges in her workshop in Bandung.

Narges Kalhor will also share her experience while making her film Shahid after the screening. She will focus on developing a personal history the filmmakers own or one of their family members histories into an artistic project for public eyes.
