User Experience - Design Thinking For Innovation

The most valuable products, regardless of their industry of sector, tend to solve problems for people. Design thinking is a framework that UX designers can use in order to tackle big, complicated or even largely unknown problems in product development. Processes such as: Emphathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Testing will be delivered in a hands-on workshop.

This workshop invites participants to:

1. Consider various perspectives on what is needed to design new products and diversify existing products.

2. Assume a basic user experience.

Learning outcome:

Understand the process of making innovations that are user-centered by blending elements of user research, technology and business.
