Skill Tree Episode 29: Product Management 101 (and what is the difference with Studio Management)

Generally I think I will share about basic knowledge of product management (to the extent of my knowledge allows XD) - mainly derived from popular product management (mainly used in tech products), and how to implement it in game development process.

On the side note I'll also try to cover what are the main differences with Studio/Company management. To ensure clarity and more conscious decision making for all fellow gamedevs.
