ECM Kuantan I admit that I reached the event 10 minutes late and I was fine when the staff told me I couldn't do the manual color analysis by the 'expert'. But the thing is, they didn't even treat me well. They left me hanging there and didn't even help me find the product that I wanted to buy. Only 2 staff members, Azfar and another one whose name I don't know, helped me while I was there. The rest just sat on the chair and talked. The experience wasn't what I thought it would be.
