What is there to review? The event was postponed. And I only found out because I followed up with Ciputra Artpreneur & SISTIC. On the very day I found out it was postponed, tickets were still being sold. There has been a lot of miscommunication between all parties. Goers took about 2 weeks to issue a statement about the event cancellation and refund, after I followed up with the statements from Ciputra and SISTIC.

H-2 baru di info kalau batal. Saya punya birthday wishes di tanggal 18 kemarin dan ga kesampean, sangat disayangkan. Padahal sudah book dari januari 2025.

I got an announcement that the event was canceled D-2. Again, the information canceled event was D-2 before!!! YOU ARE CRAZY to announce the cancellation D-2 before the event!!!! I'VE ALREADY SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON HOTELS AND ACCOMMODATIONS!!!!!!

Event is cancelled without clear announcement from promotor until few days before d day. And the ticket is still sold when it is already cancelled. Now, the refund process takes so long when we buy from goers, it should be just refunded by clicking refund at goers. No need to fill in google form and verification which takes a lot of time. I want my money back asap.

Gak tau. Kan di postponed. Refundnya juga blm di proses

Event is cancelled abruptly within days before the event. Extremely disappointed and it has interrupted with my travel plans. Offered refunds though but that has been their responsibility in the first place.
