I think this Topic is very relevant to me for I am going to retire in around 4 years ahead. My preparation to face this retirement is to maintain my mental health, physically health, increase saving, and of course set action for further plan. My best choice is to attend the LK3 counselor class, at the same time mental health and planning for future are put in the same track. For the elderly assistance of course need some more effort. I may make a counseling group with my other colleagues who are facing the same situation. Help them to go through this life happily and have a sense of acceptance. Hopefully we are able to regulate our emotion during the retirement process and the post retirement as well

Waktu ikut ini pas sesi tanya apa yg akan kita lakukan di masa pensiun kita.. ternyata itu menyadarkan saya bhw penting sekali mempersiapkan masa tua kita dari sekarang.. dan kita jg hrs menyadarkan org sekitar kita u hal tersebut.
