Relearning Feminism: The Importance of Inclusive Allyship in the Fight for Gender Equality marks the first panel of Universitas Indonesia Women In Business Grand Conference 2021.

This panel features the renowned Mariana Amiruddin (Wakil Ketua Komnas Perempuan), Arimbi Yogasara (Southeast Asia Regional Leader, Girl Up, UN Foundation), and Gusti Arirang (Bassist and Vocalist of Tashoora).

In this session, participants will learn from these female figures regarding:

• addressing the issues of a patriarchal culture existing in Indonesia

• learning the meaning of feminism and its common misconceptions

• the importance of allyship and inclusivity in the fight for gender equality in the 21st century
