Kompetisi Pariwisata Indonesia (KPI)
Is one of the tourism competition events which began to be held in 2011 and is held every year by the D3 Travel Business Students Study Program. Initially, this competition was only attended by national participants in Indonesia, but in 2022 the Kompetisi Pariwisata Indonesia (KPI) began to spread its wings to an international level with the aim of increasing student competency so they are able to compete in the tourism industry.
In addition, holding the Kompetisi Pariwisata Indonesia (KPI) is not only an event to measure each others abilities with opposing teams, but this KPI is also held to provide or convey positive messages from each concept it promotes within the scope of tourism. Because tourism does not only focus on destinations but has a broad scope, such as cultural diversity, hospitality, food management to planning/holding events (MICE) and so on.
