Very Satisfying

The staff are helpful and very informative about the programs. Thank you for providing us insightful information. Just a suggestion, would be better if we can have proper flow by mapping the necessary steps for each goals. For example, for jobseekers the ideal flow would be: Types of Visa > Ausbildung > ProRecognition This way, people might have a better way of processing the information. But overall, it's really great and we enjoyed the spinning wheel games

For future events, I want to provide constructive feedback, not criticism. Security's queue management needs improvement. My friend, unable to register online, was moved between long 'Public' and 'Special' lines, forcing him to re-queue from the end of the queue despite an apology. Why pre-register if we still had to queue in the Public line? I, too, queued despite registration, only to be redirected to another line for a name check. The lanyard numbering (for entry order) was useless; participants ignored it and crowded elevators/stairs. The organiser didn't organise the participants according to the number on the lanyard. The system didn't work in practice.
