Talking about the achievement management system or goals of a company or startup, some people are familiar with the term Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Objective Key Result or popularly known as OKR. Setting OKRs can help your team stay aligned and focused on common goals, especially as the organization grows. But formal goal setting can be surprisingly challenging to pull off, and many organizations struggle to get started.
For this reason, Indigo x #StartupLokal Workshop will specifically discuss OKR, where participants will get important things such as:
- Map the progress of each team member to ensure they meet the objectives set at a startup.
- Prioritizing a clear focus for goals in each mutually agreed timeline.
- Encouraging transparency in the startup culture that is applied.
- Establishing more efficient communication with team members.
We invite Lavinia Losub - Managing Partner at Livit International, a support ecosystem for entrepreneurs and startup teams as a speaker for "How to Set Effective OKRs for Startups" workshop held by Indigo x #StartupLokal. Lavinia is currently active in managing a coworking space in Bali as one of Livit International's products. Not only that, Lavinia is also active in coaching and mentoring to build high-performance teams and become an investor in several global startups.
