This event will be held mainly in North Jakarta (Ancol or JIEXPO) , but there are possibilities to be located in other parts of Jakarta for certain occasions. This event will be held outdoors, therefore a good health condition is mandatory. Duties comprise into two phase, on three days before event starts for ticket redemption and on the event day.

Technical Support

Position Summary:

Do you consider yourself as a tech enthusiast and love to tackle technical problems? Join us as a technical support volunteer in this international event. This position definitely suits you who loves to solve technical issues and longs for international exposure. You’ll be responsible for supervising the technical matters of the system used for ticketing purchase and validation.

 

Job Description:

  • Supervise operations team on the technical matters of the ticketing purchase, ticket redemption and validation
  • Solve technical issues of the ticketing purchase and validation devices and system

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years old with minimum SMA/SMK graduate
  • Have a volunteering or event crew experience in several events (national/international event would be a plus)
  • High ability to identify problems, strong problem solving, leadership skills and ability to work with little supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • A good health condition as this event will be held outdoor and high mobilities to multiple locations is strongly needed
  • Tech-savvy and a quick learner in software operation (No need to cracking the code 🙂 )

Ticket Box Supervisor

Position Summary:

Are you passionate about being a leader and consider yourself a great team manager? Join us as a ticket box supervisor volunteer in this international event. You’ll be responsible to manage and oversee the flow of the ticket sales.

 

Job Description:

  • Supervise all ticket box crews and oversee the ticketing purchase and redemption
  • Responsible for ensuring all members of the volunteer team under his/her supervision successfully complete all tasks and responsibilities correctly
  • Responsible for managing and delivering well-mannered responses on all conflicts, problems, complaints and insights from spectators, officials and fellow volunteers.
  • Provide a good impression and communication with guests (including VVIP guests and officials) and spectators

Are you a people person and someone that’s enthusiastic to help people, give useful information and love crowds? join us as a help desk to provide information and answers to all questions regarding the event. This position definitely suits you who loves to engage with national and international crowds.

 

Job Description:

  • Provide assistance and information to guest, spectators, and officials regarding all information about the event: all public facilities, ticketing, and other important information.
  • Enthusiastically provide reliable answers about any questions regarding the event
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests

 

Requirements:

  • Female with minimum 18 years old
  • Minimum education SMA/SMK graduate
  • Have a volunteering or event crew experience in several events (national/international event would be a plus)
  • People person, service and hospitality oriented, friendly and outgoing attitude
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Do you want to be involved in Jakarta’s biggest international event in 2022? Join us as a Ticketing Crew and you’ll be responsible to sell tickets and handle the payment process for guests (pstt, including international spectators!)

  • Handle spectator’s ticket redemption process
  • Handle ticket selling and payment processes
  • Provide directions and assistance for spectator

Crowd Control Crew

Position Summary:

Do you want to be involved in Jakarta’s biggest international event in 2022? Join us as a crowd control crew and you’ll be responsible for managing the crowd and validating spectators’ tickets (pstt, including international spectators!)

  • Handle spectator’s ticket redemption & validation process
  • Manage and oversee the spectator flow to ensure the crowd goes according to plan
  • Handle problems and minimize potential conflict faced in the field
  • Provide directions and assistance for spectators

a. Screen Test (Only for Ticketing Crew and Crowd Control Crew)

b. Interview (only for Technical Support, Ticketbox Supervisor and Helpdesk).  Interview might be conducted face-to-face. We will inform you through an invitation by email within 1 week after the submission deadline (the deadline is on 10th May 2022).

4. Training and Rehearsals. We expect you can join our multiple sessions of training, rehearsals and on event day on May  17th 2022 – June 4th 2022.
