Running late, as is so often the case in Indonesia. There were a few technical issues, and instead of leaving them exposed, Brian McKnight himself stepped in to fix or gracefully mask them, so the show never felt awkward or messy. That level of professionalism really stood out. Overall, I was very satisfied with his performance, as well as Dira's.
