Ticket Box Supervisor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Position  Summary:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Do you have passion as a leader and think that you have good team management skills? Join us as a Volunteer Ticket Box Supervisor at several big events that will be held in June 2023. Gain experience, become the person responsible for managing and supervising the flow of ticket sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Supervise all ticket counter crews and oversee the purchase and exchange of tickets
2. Responsible for ensuring that all members of the volunteer team are always under supervision, in order to successfully complete all tasks and responsibilities properly and correctly
3.Responsible for managing and providing responses to all conflicts and complaints, providing information to visitors, officials, and fellow volunteers politely
4. Give a good impression and communicate with guests and the audience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. At least 20 years old with a minimum of an SMA\/SMK graduate
2. Having experience as a volunteer or event crew at several events (national or international events will be a plus)
3. Having good problem solving and leadership skills, as well as being equipped with the ability to work with little supervision
4. Have good communication skills in English as well as Indonesian
5. Have a good health condition, because this event will be held outdoors with high mobility to several locations that are urgently needed
6. Tech-savvy and easy to learn in software operation (no need to code tracking)
7. Commit to attending several training sessions, dress rehearsals, and in charge of events to be held in North Jakarta on June 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ticketing Crew<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Position Summary:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Do you want to be involved in our big events, both international and national in June 2023? Join us as a Ticketing Crew and you will be responsible for selling tickets and handling the ticket payment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Handle the process of exchanging spectator tickets
2. Handle the ticket sales and payment processes
3. Provide direction and assistance to the audience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. The minimum age is 18 years with minimum SMA\/SMK graduate
3. Having experience as a volunteer or event crew at several events (national or international events will be a plus)
4. Have good communication skills in English as well as Indonesian

Job Description:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1.  Handle the process of exchanging and validating spectator tickets
2. Manage and supervise the movement of spectators to ensure that the crowd at this event remains conducive and directed
3. Handle problems and minimize potential conflicts that could occur in the field
4. Provide direction and assistance to the audience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. At least 18 years old with a latest education SMA\/SMK
2. Having experience as a volunteer or event crew at several events (national or international events will be a plus)
3. Have good communication skills in English as well as Indonesian
4. Have the ability to stand-out and draw attention in a crowd
5. Have a good health condition, because this event will be held outdoors with high mobility to several locations that are urgently needed
6. Tech-savvy and easy to learn in software operation (no need to code tracking)
7. Commit to attending several training sessions, dress rehearsals, and in charge of events to be held in North Jakarta on June 2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production Crew<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Position Summary:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Do you want to be involved in ticketing preparation for the great event? Join us as a Ticketing Production Crew and you\u2019ll be responsible for ticketing production and preparation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Count the number of tickets per category
2. Check designs
3. Quality control the QR code
4. Grouping tickets, separating tickets purchased in bulk and not in bulk
5. Packing tickets into plastic, envelopes, and boxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. At least 18 years old with a latest education SMA\/SMK
2. Having experience as a volunteer or event crew at several events (national or international events will be an added value)
3. Have a great details and conscientious person
4. A good health condition for doing repetitive work
5. Committed to attend multiple sessions of Ticketing Production
6. Tech-savvy a quick learner in software operation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Carefully read the terms and conditions written on the form<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Fill out the form before the specified deadline on 15 May 2023<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Fill out the form only if you can participate in the series of events according to a predetermined schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. If you register for Ticketing Crew and Crowd Control Crew positions, you must do the DISC personality test <\/strong>on the website http:\/\/s.id\/vgtest<\/strong><\/a> and don’t forget to screenshot the test results<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. If you suddenly cancel your registration after you submit it, you will be blacklisted by us<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Volunteers for this event are paid volunteers<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
